Astana is growing faster than any other city in Kazakhstan, and the 1Fit network is growing with it. Gyms, fitness clubs and studios are on both banks: on the Left Bank in the Yesil district, among the new residential complexes along Turan, Kabanbay Batyr and Mangilik Yel avenues, and on the Right Bank in the Saryarka, Almaty and Baikonur districts. Instead of a year-long contract with a single club, a 1Fit membership opens all of them — a gym near home in the morning, yoga or boxing next to the office after work, a pool at the weekend.
