1Fit is an all-in-one membership for sports and wellness With 1Fit, you’re not limited to just the gym or pool—you can also try yoga, dance, boxing, fencing, rent a snowboard or bike, and even visit a sauna or get a massage Right now, 1Fit is available in 1427 studios across Kazakhstan in these cities: Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Aktau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Kokshetau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Oskemen, Pavlodar, Petropavl, Semey, Taraz If you have a universal membership, you can access any available city. If you have a city-specific membership, you can train in your registered city only
The easiest way is to apply for an installment plan directly in the app. You can purchase a membership through Kaspi, Jusan, Halyk Market, Freedom, or Airba Pay. You can also pay the full price by card in the “Membership” section
Go to the “Home” or “Search” section, choose a class, and book a time that works for you. Your booking will appear in your “Schedule” When it’s time, head to the studio and confirm the class by scanning the QR code Schedules are available one week in advance, and you can book anytime before the class starts—as long as there’re spots left
Yes, you can cancel a class as long as there are more than 2 hours left before it starts. If there are less than 2 hours left, cancellation won’t be possible. If your plans change, cancel as soon as you can—this frees up the spot for someone else Cancelling classes won’t affect your attendance as much as missing them, but too many cancellations may still cause your attendance to drop. There are 3 levels: Perfect attendance (31-100 points)—you can book as many classes as you want. Stable attendance (6-30 points)—you can book up to 6 classes at a time. Unstable attendance (0-5 points)—you can book up to 3 classes at a time So if you’re able to attend the class you’ve booked, please avoid cancelling it
If you don’t cancel on time and miss the class, it will count as a no-show. You’ll lose that visit for this gym/studio. Skipping too many classes affects your attendance level: Perfect attendance (31-100 points)—you can book as many classes as you want. Stable attendance (6-30 points)—you can book up to 6 classes at a time. Unstable attendance (0-5 points)—you can book up to 3 classes at a time. Please attend the classes you book. If you can’t make it, cancel at least 2 hours in advance
Freezing is a way to pause your membership so you don’t lose days when you’re sick, traveling for work, or just need a break. With the purchase of your first annual membership, you get 30 days of freeze time. If you run out, you can buy extra days in the app—it’s cheaper than letting unused days go to waste To freeze your membership, head to the “Membership” section and tap your membership card. You can freeze your membership as many times as you like. But each freeze uses up at least 7 days from your balance—even if you only take a 1- or 2-day break
No, all classes must be booked in advance This helps studios prepare for the right number of people and ensure there’s enough space and equipment
No, 1Fit memberships are personal When you check in for a class, we use video verification to confirm your identity. If someone else uses your membership, it will be deactivated If this happened by mistake, email us at [email protected], and we’ll review your case within 14 days
Each type of class has its own rules about lateness, so we ask you to read them carefully—especially if you’re trying a new class for the first time For example, most gyms have a flexible late policy, so being 15 minutes late isn’t a big deal. But some gyms require you to be on time, and we’ll always let you know on the class page if that’s the case For group classes, it’s best to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to change, warm up, and not disrupt the session Be awesome and try not to be late
You can take as many classes as you want in a day, but only one per studio Each studio has its own monthly limit—some allow 12 visits, others 8. It depends on the studio and class type We’ve also included bonus activities in your membership to help you relax between workouts and have a great time. Enjoy massages, saunas, and equipment rentals (snowboards, skis, etc.). Each bonus activity comes with 2 visits per month You can check your visit limits when booking a class or in the “Membership” section
Every 30 days from your activation date For example, if you’ve already hit your 12-visit limit at your favorite studio or gym, you can try other locations until your visits reset. And once your visit limit resets, you can go back to your favorite studio or gym again
Your membership includes bonus activities to help you relax, recover after workouts, and add some variety to your routine You get 2 visits per month for each bonus category. For example, 2 visits for all classes in the “Recovery procedures” category Enjoy massages, spa treatments, and saunas; rent tents, snowboards, and bikes; or get a body composition analysis to learn more about your health. Stay active, unwind, and track your fitness progress!
