Common questions about plans and payment
The price of a 1Fit subscription depends on the city and the term: the longer the plan, the lower the monthly price. The price also differs between a universal subscription, which works across the country, and a city one. Current prices for your city are shown on this page and in the app.
Yes, a 1Fit subscription can be paid in installments — the request is submitted right in the app. The terms and the length of the installment plan depend on the partner bank and are shown at checkout. You can also buy a subscription from a 1Fit manager or on Kaspi Shop and Halyk Market (in Kazakhstan).
A freeze is set in the app: open the subscription section and tap your subscription card. The end date shifts by the number of paused days, so days are not lost during a holiday or an illness. A freeze is available on plans that include it.
The number of freeze days depends on the plan and the country and is shown on the subscription card at checkout. You can freeze the subscription as many times as you like, but each freeze uses at least 7 days. If the days run out, more can be bought in the app.
Guest passes are included in the plans: with them a friend can join you for a workout without their own subscription. The number of guest passes depends on the plan you choose and is shown on its card.
The set of venues and activities is the same on every plan; what differs is the term, the monthly price, and the number of freeze days and guest passes. Long 12- and 24-month subscriptions are cheaper per month, while short 3- and 6-month ones are convenient for trying the service.
Refund terms depend on the plan and how long it has been used and are described in the service rules and the refund policy on the website. To request a refund, write to 1Fit support in the app or to [email protected].
There is no separate monthly auto-renewing subscription: a plan is bought for a term of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. To avoid paying the whole amount at once there are installments — the payment is split across months while the subscription runs for the full term.
No, there is nothing extra to pay at the venue for a regular class: the workout is already covered by the subscription and a QR code from the app is enough at the entrance. Only services outside the subscription are paid separately, for example personal training at a specific partner.
Promo codes and campaigns run from time to time and are published in the app and in the 1Fit newsletters. A long plan is the standing discount: a month inside a 12- or 24-month subscription costs noticeably less than in a short one.
Yes, 1Fit has corporate subscriptions for companies: employees get access to gyms and studios, and the company gets a single invoice and reporting. Terms and the request form are on the subscriptions for companies page.
Yes, in Kazakhstan the 1Fit subscription is sold on Kaspi Shop and Halyk Market. Every plan on the pricing page has a “Buy on Kaspi” button that opens that plan's card on Kaspi; on Halyk Market, 1Fit subscriptions are listed by name in the fitness subscriptions section. Payment, installments and credit follow the marketplace's terms, and after purchase the subscription is activated in the 1Fit app.
