staff wasn't polite. I'm not the person who is used to complain just for impolite behavior, injust time management made me angry about it. we arrived on time 11:30 and they gave us a kinda cheques on which it was written that we had to quit at 12:00. But for wearing special shoes and entering the ice arena another 3 minutes needed. so i felt it was unjust and when i asked this he said he'd not change that. i ask you to talk to them and handle this problem
